Snap36 is looking for a Sales Consultant to manage and grow sales. Below are some of the key responsibilities of a Snap36 Sales Consultant:

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals; experience in closing larger deals is a plus

Freelance Product Photographer

Job Description

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, culture fit and skills to freelance at our dynamic start-up.

Snap36 is a different kind of photography company, breaking the rules of the traditional agency model.  We believe the world is not flat and we are passionate to prove it!  We are seeking highly-motivated, energetic people to help us provide amazing and creative imagery, at warp speed, to our growing list of premiere clients.

Excellent photography, computer and customer skills are required as well as attention to detail. Problem solving and thinking outside the box are critical. Solid work ethic and the ability to self manage are essential. You will need to be able to get along with a group and work in an open, fast paced, transparent office…where all offices are open and input is encouraged.  Occasionally, you may be asked to assemble robots, drive a truck and/or travel to distant places….not all at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager and the Studio Manager in producing photography based upon the customer needs and expectations, and doing so accurately the first time.
  • Creative sensibility with strong photographic and technical skills. Use proper lighting, style, and set up; follow specifications. Stop, ask, listen and learn before proceeding with photos.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the product / SKU before capture.
  • Communicate any suggestions or concerns to the Studio Manager immediately.
  • Assist in creating and then working within established workflows and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use independent judgment to problem solve and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate a team-oriented environment that is focused on client needs.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of digital capture applications such as Capture One, image editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop to handle basic digital image retouching and color correction, silos, color balancing, shadow creation, etc.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Mac OS and Windows.
  • Preferably four years’ photography experience that includes tabletop, mannequin, and various types of product.  Past spin photography experience a plus.
  • Able to shoot in a variety of environments while accepting direction and constructive feedback from customers and team members. Flexibility with work hours based on demand.
  • Great communicator with excellent ability to form strong and ever-growing relationships with customer and team members.
  • Organized and can manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications within a Mac or PC operating system.
  • Flexibility in work schedule based on needs of customers.

Physical Demands

The employee is both seated and standing while performing the duties of the position, and will frequently use hands for typing and utilizing a mouse on the computer, moving product on and off set and various miscellaneous tasks.  The employee will walk, stand and bend regularly and must frequently talk and hear.  Weights up to 50 pounds are occasionally lifted.

Product Coordinator (Studio)

Job Description
In the Chicago photography studio, the Product Coordinator is a merchandise handling specialist who uses software to check in and track products through the production process.  Products are unpacked, cleaned and prepped for capture to meet project specific requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, prepare and track products for image capture
  • Organize, manage and maintain a common area for product storage in a neat and orderly fashion for multiple clients
  • Post image capture – process, repack and arrange for return shipping to client in the condition received
  • Meet or exceed assigned task productivity rates

Qualifications

  • Must be able to train quickly, follow procedure and exhibit the task management skills necessary to meet or exceed productivity requirements
  • Strict attention to detail with a high level of organizational skills
  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and applications
  • Very comfortable with technology and willing to learn
  • Very basic understanding or familiarity with photography

Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for satisfactory performance in this position

Work Conditions
Normal warehouse environment or better

Physical Effort
Primarily standing with some walking and periodic sitting. Must be able to lift a minimum 35lbs.
